I have been a loyal customer of RetireWell Pension for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-5406-EHV-2637) on January 10, 2025, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope RetireWell Pension will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.

I want to acknowledge that RetireWell Pension has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $126.18 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $126.18 for a camera that never worked properly.
