Refund refused by TradePro Securities
Complaint Details
I purchased a product from TradePro Securities on April 30, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jayde L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope TradePro Securities will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.
