Security concern with AssetMax Management service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-0425-MNR-6937 placed with AssetMax Management on December 3, 2024. I paid $573.68 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cornelius L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like AssetMax Management to expedite the delivery of my order.

May 14, 2025 05:39Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $367.70 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
