I want to report a serious concern with CreditPlus Services's item that I purchased on February 9, 2025 from your Kerlukeland, South Dakota store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Isaiah S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that CreditPlus Services deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

After speaking with Casey Jones from the Consumer Affairs at CreditPlus Services, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
