Billing dispute with InsureAll Protection

I purchased a package from InsureAll Protection on December 11, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had allergic reaction not warned about. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ansel L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope InsureAll Protection will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.

May 25, 2025 05:19I've received an email from Alex Taylor at InsureAll Protection offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
