I want to report a serious concern with Secure Investments Ltd's unit that I purchased on March 16, 2025 from your Lake Sharonhaven, Ohio store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mayra S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Secure Investments Ltd to make this right by honor the advertised price.

I'm updating my complaint because Secure Investments Ltd finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
