Unresolved issue with SportsPro Equipment item
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of SportsPro Equipment for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-2898-OZH-2791) on April 18, 2025, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope SportsPro Equipment will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

Apr 27, 2025 06:07I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from SportsPro Equipment not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
