I have been a loyal customer of SportsPro Equipment for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-2898-OZH-2791) on April 18, 2025, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope SportsPro Equipment will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from SportsPro Equipment not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
