Misleading advertising by HomeStyle Furnishings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-0077-XIG-3776 placed with HomeStyle Furnishings on January 16, 2025. I paid $750.93 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clarabelle P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that HomeStyle Furnishings fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.
