I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from TeleSystems International. After paying $53.33 for accessory, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Simeon D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope TeleSystems International will address this issue by make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 01, 2025 05:32I want to acknowledge that TeleSystems International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $197.71 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $197.71 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
