I want to report a serious concern with TeleSystems International's accessory that I purchased on May 25, 2025 from your Vinniebury, Vermont store. The product has received a damaged replacement item despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adelia R., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that TeleSystems International offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.

The situation with TeleSystems International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the premium account, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-7D38B1E9 multiple times.
