I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from FiberTech Networks. After paying $360.56 for unit, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alexandrine J., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like FiberTech Networks to deliver the missing items.

The situation with FiberTech Networks has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the priority service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-E21BD8AB multiple times.
