Complaint Details

I purchased a subscription from ConnectX Mobile on March 17, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Queenie K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect ConnectX Mobile to take responsibility and waive the cancellation fees.

After speaking with Richard Martinez from the Service Excellence at ConnectX Mobile, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
