Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of TeleVista Networks for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-3203-TBQ-0499) on April 29, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that TeleVista Networks make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from TeleVista Networks not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
