I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from TeleVista Networks. After paying $498.9 for item, I found that it was charged incorrectly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Odessa B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like TeleVista Networks to implement better quality control.
