Warranty claim denied by NetCore Systems

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4010-AWF-9210 placed with NetCore Systems on March 1, 2025. I paid $617.67 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received poor customer service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lyric P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking NetCore Systems to make this right by honor the warranty.
