AI Frontier Research provided defective warranty package
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of AI Frontier Research for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-7519-ZKC-2667) on December 7, 2024, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking AI Frontier Research to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.
