Complaint Details
On May 9, 2025, I signed up for CloudPeak Solutions's subscription service at their New Kimberly, Florida location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $716.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ewald L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like CloudPeak Solutions to reimburse me for additional expenses.
