Complaint Details

On May 9, 2025, I signed up for CloudPeak Solutions's subscription service at their New Kimberly, Florida location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $716.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ewald L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like CloudPeak Solutions to reimburse me for additional expenses.

After my initial complaint, CloudPeak Solutions contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
