I want to report a serious concern with DataSphere Analytics's subscription that I purchased on April 1, 2025 from your Lake Devanteberg, Kentucky store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Edward C., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like DataSphere Analytics to waive the cancellation fees.
