Unsatisfactory resolution from InnovateTech Systems
Complaint Details
On December 27, 2024, I signed up for InnovateTech Systems's maintenance plan at their Donnahaven, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $990.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dariana N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking InnovateTech Systems to make this right by fix the security vulnerability.

May 06, 2025 06:01I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from InnovateTech Systems called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
