Delayed delivery from Digital Dynamics
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Digital Dynamics for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3299-XJI-3562) on April 3, 2025, and have encountered received a damaged replacement item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Digital Dynamics to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

May 07, 2025 05:18I'm updating my complaint because Digital Dynamics finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the tablet, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
