I want to report a serious concern with Quantum Computing Inc's accessory that I purchased on January 16, 2025 from your Port Napoleon, Texas store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vito M., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Quantum Computing Inc to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
