I want to report a serious concern with TechNova Solutions's item that I purchased on April 7, 2025 from your West Elvie, Oklahoma store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cristian K., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that TechNova Solutions train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, TechNova Solutions contacted me to troubleshoot the formal shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
