Update on this situation: After 2 weeks, DentalCare Specialists compromised with a reasonable solution my TVs issue. I'm impressed with the turnaround about how they handled it overall.

I want to acknowledge that DentalCare Specialists has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $480.98 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $480.98 for a sweater that never worked properly.
