After posting my comment about DigitalConnect Services, I found out that their Municipal Corporation department actually they respond much faster to complaints filed through the Better Business Bureau. This might be useful information.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, DigitalConnect Services has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
