Update: a few weeks after posting, SkillForge Training reached out and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing my Railways concern. I'm impressed with the turnaround with the outcome.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from SkillForge Training, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my specialty coffee. This is extremely frustrating.
