Something I didn\'t mention in my original comment about ConnectX Mobile: their supervisors have different refund authorization limits depending on department. This is important for Entertainment and Recreation issues specifically.

I want to acknowledge that ConnectX Mobile has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $87.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $87.54 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
