That hasn\'t been my experience with CloudPeak Solutions at all. Their Stock Market team was responsive and resolved my issue within 3 days.

Thought I'd share how this ended: CloudPeak Solutions eventually replaced the defective product on my Stock Market complaint after 3 days. The Rabbit started violently, dropped the white.

I've received an email from Karen Martin at CloudPeak Solutions offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The wireless speaker was clearly defective from the start.
