Something I didn\'t mention in my original comment about VisionPlus Eyecare: their regional offices often have different policies than their national customer service. This is important for Department Stores issues specifically.

For those following this complaint: VisionPlus Eyecare has replaced the defective product regarding the Department Stores issue I described. This took several months, but I'm still disappointed.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from VisionPlus Eyecare not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
