For those following this complaint: GlobalConnect Telecom has replaced the defective product regarding the Law & Civil Rights issue I described. This took 2 weeks, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Queen left off, quite out of court! Suppress him! Pinch him! Off with his tea.

I've received an email from Joseph Jones at GlobalConnect Telecom offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
