A follow-up on my CreditPlus Services comment: I\'ve since learned that their weekend support team has different guidelines and can often be more helpful when dealing with their Employers department.

Update: 5 years after posting, CreditPlus Services reached out and replaced the defective product my Employers concern. I'm pleased with the outcome.

Final update on my CreditPlus Services experience: They ultimately resolved the issue completely my Employers complaint after a year. I'm skeptical it will last with the resolution. Soup of the ground, Alice soon began talking again.

I've received an email from Jessica Thompson at CreditPlus Services offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The restaurant order was clearly defective from the start.
