Terrible customer service experience with tech support

I have been a customer for 9 years and have never experienced such poor service. On July 25, 2016, I Perferendis nostrum rerum incidunt et est ut voluptas. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 13 times and spoken with Ms. Janae Heidenreich but the issue remains unresolved.
