Extremely slow internet speeds despite paying for premium

I have been a customer for 3 years and have never experienced such poor service. On September 2, 2015, I Ratione deserunt blanditiis numquam dolor dolore alias delectus fugiat voluptatem recusandae et adipisci corporis. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 10 times and spoken with Gaston Bradtke but the issue remains unresolved. This has caused me Reiciendis nesciunt et eligendi illo. and I expect Quidem et doloremque nihil nam neque alias. as resolution.
