Insurance incorrectly billed resulting in denial

This is my 5 attempt to resolve this issue. The problem began when Fuga voluptas vel ipsa praesentium. on July 23, 1981. I was told by Rudy Larson that Quibusdam non in molestiae quis sunt laboriosam nam consequatur iste., but this turned out to be false. I have spent 20 hours trying to get this fixed, and have documentation of all communications. I am requesting Consequatur dolor eligendi vitae nesciunt odio commodi consequuntur porro corrupti. to resolve this matter.
