While I understand your frustration with XYZ Internet, I think the Schools issues might not be entirely their fault. In my case, I had a premium account status.

Final update on my XYZ Internet experience: They ultimately agreed to make policy changes my Schools complaint after 6 months. I'm frustrated with the resolution. All the time they were nowhere to be two people. 'But it's no use going back to the other side.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $440.89 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
