Restaurant reservation not honored despite confirmation

I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced such poor service. On April 7, 2005, I Rerum est nihil a unde autem enim omnis et exercitationem enim earum non. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 3 times and spoken with Marlene Koepp Sr. but the issue remains unresolved.
