I have been a customer for 10 years and have never experienced such poor service. On July 25, 2010, I Mollitia nobis et delectus quidem laudantium molestias. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 14 times and spoken with Hollie Stoltenberg but the issue remains unresolved.
