That hasn\'t been my experience with TeleSystems International at all. Their Sexual Abuse team was responsive and resolved my issue within 2 weeks.

Final update on my TeleSystems International experience: They ultimately escalated the matter to their legal team my Sexual Abuse complaint after 3 days. I'm cautiously optimistic with the resolution.

I\'ve done more research on TeleSystems International\'s Sexual Abuse practices since posting and found that they have a special customer retention department with more authority to resolve issues. Worth knowing if you\'re dealing with them.
