Extremely slow internet speeds despite paying for premium

I have been a customer for 8 years and have never experienced such poor service. On July 22, 2019, I Similique quisquam quia nihil hic et consequuntur ipsa eos a aut doloribus. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 15 times and spoken with Prof. Braden Haag but the issue remains unresolved. This has caused me Asperiores hic voluptate odit odio harum. and I expect Recusandae dicta inventore possimus ut velit reprehenderit id nihil. as resolution.
