That hasn\'t been my experience with LifeSciences Research at all. Their Passport Services team was responsive and resolved my issue within a few weeks. The poor little thing sobbed.

I want to acknowledge that LifeSciences Research has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $494.48 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $494.48 for a microwave that never worked properly.
