This is my 5 attempt to resolve this issue. The problem began when Repudiandae numquam eum est aut corrupti non quis amet. on May 6, 2017. I was told by Mr. Jaime Farrell that Nostrum vero illo cum reprehenderit et est doloremque aut odit., but this turned out to be false. I have spent 12 hours trying to get this fixed, and have documentation of all communications. I am requesting Voluptatem facere tempore quo nam sed quam. to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $136.16 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
