I have been a customer for 6 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 7 times and spoken with Gage Feest DDS but the issue remains unresolved. I want to acknowledge that GreenMart Organics has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $58.26 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $58.26 for a television that never worked properly.
