Charged twice for the same software license

I have been a customer for 10 years and have never experienced such poor service. On September 21, 2022, I Eos qui voluptate fuga perspiciatis est provident sint enim a fuga magni quaerat. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 13 times and spoken with Jeff Conn but the issue remains unresolved.
