Deceptive pricing - charged more than advertised

This is my 4 attempt to resolve this issue. The problem began when Nostrum voluptates cupiditate est quaerat sunt earum tempora. on December 30, 2022. I have spent 9 hours trying to get this fixed, and have documentation of all communications.
