For those following this complaint: AirConnect Shuttle has escalated the matter to their legal team regarding the Auto Insurance & Loan issue I described. This took 2 weeks, but I'm relieved it's over.

I want to acknowledge that AirConnect Shuttle has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $423.25 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $423.25 for a microwave that never worked properly.
