I am writing regarding order #ORD-8539-NFH-8231 placed with Precision Engineering & Sons on June 21, 2017. I paid $670.99 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmalee C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
