Superior Builders Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8420-DDI-8196 placed with Superior Builders Ltd. on October 10, 1987. I paid $121.37 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kimberly S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
