Quality issues with WirelessConnect product

On August 4, 1974, I signed up for WirelessConnect's support package at their Oberbrunnerberg, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $408.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yesenia X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
