On June 12, 2004, I signed up for ClearLink Broadband Enterprises's upgrade service at their Lucienneside, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $307.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stephania A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
