I have been a loyal customer of Connect-Pulse Sengkang Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-7668-MOY-1467) on December 23, 2009, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
