I am writing regarding order #ORD-6622-FKN-2696 placed with Ultimate Projects Solutions Belfast Inc. on November 1, 2008. I paid $829.85 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Otto D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
